PICK UP AND GO SERVICE
1. Bestel én betaal online óf bestel je items via de mail en betaal contant aan de deur.
2. Zodra je een berichtje van ons krijgt dat je bestelling klaar ligt kun je deze ophalen aan de deur.
3 Houd je orderbevestiging óf ID bij de hand.
4. Wacht aan de deur, bel ons op 040-288 80 57 en wij overhandigen je bestelling!!

Bestellingen die via de mail en/of telefoon zijn gedaan en die contant aan de deur betaald zijn:
– Mogen binnen 8 dagen na aankoop geruild worden
– Hierop wordt geen geld terug gegeven, alleen een tegoedbon

BB JUNKY wants you to be happy with your purchases from our collection. Therefore you have an approval period of 5 business days. Of course, it is allowed to try the clothes on first. If your purchases does not fulfil your expectations, you can return the unused items within 14 days (with all tags and in original packaging). Please fill in our return form which you can find by “How can I exchange/return” below and enclose this in the bag. Bodysuits, face masks, accessories, and swimwear cannot be returned because of hygienic reasons. Evening dresses and sale items cannot be returned as well.

Customer understands that the color of the clothing may differ slightly from the photo on the webshop due to lighting, flash, etc.
(De klant is zich er van bewust dat de kleur van het artikel soms iets kan afwijken van de foto in de webshop door belichting, flits etc., denk hierbij ook aan doorschijnendheid etc)

  • If the purchased product has defects, you must report this via email to (info@bbjunky.com) within 3 days of purchase
  • If you have not received your ordered package, you must report this via email (info@bbjunky.com) within 14 days after purchase

On this form you can specify which item(s) you wish to return. You need to enclose this form with the package that you are returning.

Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting. Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return. The costs for returning an item are for the one who returns the product.

We will send you a confirmation by e-mail after we processed your return which we will do as soon as possible. We will repay the amount if the items are in good condition and you returned the item(s) within the specified period. This may take up to a maximum of 10 working days. Please be aware that all shipping costs are for the customer. We offer free shipping if you order €150 or more. If you return a part of your order and your total amount will come below the €150, we will recharge the shipping costs with the refund of the return amount.

  • Of course, it is allowed to try the items first on. But they can’t be washed or worn.
  • Products with a strong odor of smoke or food will be returned to the customer. These shipping costs are for the customer.
  • Articles should be send to us in good condition.
  • Articles in the sale can be returned, but we don’t pay the amount of money back.
  • Bodysuits, face masks, accessories, swimwear, evening dresses cannot be returned
  • All shippingcost are for the buyer
  • Stock and prices of the store and webshop may differ.
